The solar panel manufacturer, Qn-SOLAR, is looking for a Sales Manager for Spain.

Work description

  • Identification, qualification and development of High Potential Account relationships in Solar within your region.
  • Development and implementation of a Strategic Action Plan for the profitable sales growth of the region.
  • Develop sales channel of products, the channel of the project and maintain existing commercial relations with overseas customers.
  • Be responsible of the market exploring, business negotiations and contracts signing.
  • Responsible of the development of new customers and regular customers’ service and maintenance; be responsible to the setup of sales management system and implement.
  • Be responsible of the market trend analysis and collection of customer requirements (including latest Certification development) & competitors’ activities; supports products’ pricing, improvement and development.
  • Produce monthly sales results to defined performance targets for annual sales objectives.
  • Commitment to the development of solid personal relationships at all key levels of the prospect/customer account.
  • Submit weekly forecasts; attend weekly sales and region-specific meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communication.

Minimum requirements/Candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in pv solar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, experience as an Engineer is a advantage.
  • Can accept travelling abroad for short period as required.
  • A strong desire to be a part of a rapidly growing business with an opportunity to progress.
