Job description

  • Project planning and execution activities: Enjoy the fast-paced project manager position managing solar panel installations in customers’ homes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to define project scope and goals.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Responsible for meeting weekly and monthly targets for throughout, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through your deliveries.
  • Coordinate and lead project status meetings with stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate project progress and status updates to management.
  • Perform quality control checks of solar installations and subcontractor deliveries.
  • Emphasize quality, systematic work, and well-documented work processes.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new employees to ensure consistent, high-quality work.

Requirements/Candidate profile

  • 1-2 years of work experience.
  • Knowledge of solar energy is a plus but not a requirement. However, you will get good training.
  • Exhibit strong personal drive, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a project manager is a plus, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, executing, and closing projects within budget and timeline constraints. Intuitive understanding of prioritization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to listen, understand, and communicate to ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • English language skills required.
