CHINT, one of the leading international manufacturers of electrical equipment, is seeking a High Voltage Business Developer based in Madrid.

Job Description

  • Identify new customers and markets in utilities, EPCs and industrial sectors.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with stakeholders in T&D projects.
  • Work closely with the technical and application engineering teams to turn specifications into business.
  • Promote CHINT’s HV solutions (transformers, substations, AIS/GIS, switchgear).

Minimum Requirements / Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in business development or sales in the High Voltage or Medium Voltage industry.
  • Strong understanding of T&D projects, EPCs and utilities.
  • Technical background or ability to handle technical-commercial discussions.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both mandatory).
  • Availability to travel.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, result-oriented, with strong networking skills.
